Our Showroom
All of our products are available to buy online and prices include Free UK mainland delivery, however if you wish to see our range of products we have one of the largest showrooms dedicated to TV Stands, TV Furniture, TV Wall Brackets, Cables and Accessories in the UK, located in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire. You can also collect your goods from our showroom, subject to stock.

We have a wide range of TV furniture and TV Stands on show for customers who wish to view before buying. We have furniture and TV stands from manufacturers such as Alphason Designs, Atacama Audio, Baumhaus, Spectral, BDI, Techlink, Optimum, Jual, UK-CF, Schnepel, Tom Schneider and Vogels.

We also have a selection of TV Wall Mounts and Accessories for our customers to view, we have the majority of the Vogels range on display, including the new THIN and WALL ranges, as well as TV Brackets from B-Tech, Premier Mounts, Peerless and many more. We also have a range of cable management systems from Vogels, Premier Mounts and Q-Acoustics installed to view.

Speaker wall brackets and stands are also on display, if you wish to bring your speaker with you to check compatibility and how the stands look with your speakers, then please do so. All of our AV wall plates, HDMI wall plates, brush wall plates and cables are available from our showroom in Mansfield

For those interested in motorised screens lifts and motorised tv wall brackets, we have examples on show that can be demonstrated.

Making A Purchase

Placing an order online - or by phone - Making a purchase could not be easier.

All prices on our website include VAT and free delivery to UK mainland addresses on all orders. For most items this is usually a 1 to 3 working day service.

UK Mainland Next working day, and early morning before 12pm delivery options are also available in our secure checkout.

If the total value of your order exceeds £50 you can choose a free upgrade to next working day delivery in our secure checkout. Next Working Day means anytime between 8am and 6pm. Or you can choose a specific day for delivery that is more convenient for you by entering the date in the basket page. If we are unable to meet this requirement we will contact you by phone.

When you place an order before 3.30pm, Monday to Friday, we aim to process your order and ship on that same day.

Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' button and you then fill out the address details that we need to be able to complete the order.

When the order is placed on our website, you will be offered the choice of making your payment using one of two fully Secure Online Payment facilities, provided by either SagePay Secure Online Payments or the PayPal Secure payment service where you can either use your PayPal account, or just process the payment using your credit or debit card. Both these Secure Payment sites will securely handle your credit card details. When you use one of these Secure Payment services, AV4Home does not receive your card details and no credit card details are stored anywhere by us.

If you wish to pay using an American Express card, select the PayPal payment facility, then on the left hand side of the web-page, select to use your credit card, do not log in if you don't have a PayPal account.

We accept most credit & debit cards for payment. Currently, we ship to UK addresses and a number of EU countries and accept payment in £-Sterling. You can also send Cheque payment by post, please call to arrange

If you prefer to make your purchase over the telephone rather than using the secure payment facility on-line, then please just call us on 01623 672070. If you call us and place your order by phone, or complete the payment process by phone, please be aware that is normally processed by our manual card terminal and again the payment process is completed at that time, not when the goods are shipped.

When you receive an Acknowledgement email of your order, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an Order Confirmation and Shipping email. Your full VAT invoice will usually be attached to the goods, or we can email this to you if you request it. We have included this term to protect us in case that a mistake has been made in pricing, or we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the unlikely situation of our price being incorrect, we will always contact you by phone to discuss any adjustment necessary. In the unlikely event of an item being unavailable, we will contact you to discuss any delay and may offer you an alternative similar product, but if we offer you an alternative that is not agreeable, or if any delivery delay is unacceptable to you, we will of course cancel your order and fully refund any payment received.

Quick Order Processing and Shipping Time
When you place an order before 3.30pm, Monday to Friday, we aim to process your order and ship on that same day. Delivery will be by the selected option in the checkout, which includes an option for you to indicate a preferred week-day date that helps you to ensure your availability to take delivery. Orders placed after 3.30pm are shipped as soon as possible, usually no later than the next "working week day" (Monday to Friday).

Delivery Time and Service explained
All prices on our website include VAT and free shipping to UK mainland addresses on all orders. For most items this is usually a 1 to 3 working day service.

Please note that for many items, such as those from BDI, Baumhaus, Sonorous, UK-CF, Spectral, Optimum International and others, delivery times and the delivery service offered vary and such are fully detailed on the items individual web-pages.

We reserve the right to request payment of any additional delivery charges that might be appropriate to Islands outside of the Mainland UK, Highlands of Scotland, Northern Island and EU destinations.

When delivery is requested to business premises, please ensure you provide specific details about where / how the delivery will be received & signed for; e.g. "please deliver to reception" or "please deliver to goods inward". Please also advise if any limitations on opening hours.

If our delivery company fails to deliver your order by the expected day / time, we will of course refund any additional delivery charges that you have paid.

We cannot accept any responsibility for any consequential loss or costs that you might incur as a result of late delivery, regardless of the cause. We will of course apply all possible efforts to resolve any delay in delivery to ensure that you receive your order at the earliest possible time.

Items are shipped according to weight. Lighter items with value less than £35.00 maybe shipped by first or second class post. This is not a traceable service and maybe subject to postal delays so customers are always provided with shipping options that are more assured.

Larger, heavier and more valuable items are dispatched using other delivery services, these delivery services will require a signature upon receipt for proof of delivery and can arrive between 8am and 6pm on the day of delivery.

For these normal delivery services we will usually send you an e-mail on the evening of dispatch that will confirm to you that your order has been dispatched and the delivery service used with links to tracking facilities if appropriate.

Highlands and Islands of Scotland
Deliveries to the Highlands and Islands of Scotland may be subject to a delivery surcharge and longer delivery times, we will contact you to discuss this if applicable to your order. Alternatively please contact us on 01623 672070 if you wish to discuss this prior to placing your order.

Specialist Delivery
Specialist Furniture delivery services only apply as described on the specific item web page. They are designed to ensure a high level of service, co-coordinating the delivery with you to ensure you are available to take delivery. If your delivery situation is difficult, for access, parking, not at ground floor level etc. please call us at time of order to ensure we know of these difficulties. We can then ensure such difficulties do not delay your delivery.

Failed Delivery Attempts
If the delivery company cannot deliver the item because no-one is home to receive the order, they will leave a card with a contact number detailing how YOU can contact them to arrange a more convenient delivery date. You must contact the delivery company within 24 to 48 hours. If the carrier receives no contact from you they will return the package to us after a period of approximately 5 working days. This may result in extra shipping costs being incurred for the items return to us and to then arrange redelivery.

UK Overwater Service
UK overwater addresses are not included in our free delivery service, once in the checkout, click on the shipping box to select UK Overwater as your class of shipping service, this will display the shipping charge applicable to the weight of your order. This service will usually takes 1-2 working days, it includes shipping to the following locations, Northern Ireland, Scottish Isles, Sicily Isles, and the Isle of Wight. We currently do not ship to the Channel Islands.

Collection
If you place your order online or by telephone you may select the option "Reserve and collect" so that you can collect your order in person from our warehouse. Orders can be collected during business hours between the hours of 9.00am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday or on Saturday's (check website for opening hours).

Please call to confirm stock allocation before coming to collect.

Shipping to European Union (including Ireland)
This service will take approximately 3 working days to arrive and includes shipping to the following countries:- Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxemburg, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden and Spain

In our secure checkout, select the required country and click on the next button. The checkout will calculate the shipping charge relative to country and weight of the order.

European shipping excludes furniture products and any products with glass content.
Orders over 25Kg, for example, mobile trolleys and stands - e-mail us for shipping quotation.

We charge VAT at UK rate - This is not deductable from invoice. Business customers with VAT registration can reclaim this VAT in the normal way.

All orders shipped overseas, should any import tax or duty become payable, this is the responsibility of the importer, (not usually applicable within the EU)

Visible / Audible Damage at Delivery
If on Delivery the Goods appear to be visibly/audibly (sound of broken glass) damaged, the packaging shows signs of having been dropped, or have any other concerns about the goods condition – DO NOT ACCEPT DELIVERY, (please make such decisions based on the type of goods you have ordered – e.g. Cables, wall brackets etc are unlikely to actually suffer from bad handling, furniture is more likely to be damaged by bad handling). Refuse delivery and instruct the delivery company to “return to sender as refused due to damage” If you can take any photographs of the package with a camera, please do so as this may assist us in our claim against the delivery company. Contact us to advise us of the situation immediately that the delivery company has left. Wherever possible, we will endeavour to ship replacement goods as soon as possible. Please ensure that when you delegate taking delivery to someone else, that they are aware of the option to refuse delivery due to damage.

Damage found after opening my order
Please ensure that you open and check your order for damage within 24 hours of delivery. If you find that your order has any parts damaged when you unpack it, however this may have been caused, or if you are not happy with the quality, finish of the item / parts, please call us or email us to discuss the damage or issues you find. We will agree with you how to quickly resolve any issues you find. We can usually ship replacement parts, or replacement goods within 24 hours of such damage being reported. We may ask you to assist us by taking photographs of any damaged etc to help us understand the issue, resolve it and assist us in improving our service and our supplier’s products.

Quick resolution of any Delivery Damage
We aim to resolve all problems resulting from delivery damage within 1 – 2 working days, to the full satisfaction of our customer.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will notify you and place your back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges
All prices shown on our website include VAT at the prevailing rate. Whenever we ship to the EU, we charge UK VAT, we do not deduct VAT for consumers and only for businesses that provide us with their EU VAT Number which we are required to validate. We do not deduct UK VAT when shipping outside the UK / EU. All orders shipped overseas, should any import tax or duty become payable, this is the responsibility of the importer, (not usually applicable within the EU)

Credit Card Security
When the order is placed on our website, you can choose to pay using either of the payment facilities that we provide, These are Secure e-payments facilities provided by SagePay & PayPal. They will securely handle your credit card details. More information on these payment services can be found by clicking here

If you have a PayPal account, you can use this to pay for goods that you purchase from us. If you wish to pay using an American Express card, select the PayPal payment facility, then on the left hand side of the web-page , select to use your credit card, do not log in if you have a PayPal account. No credit card details are put into our website or stored anywhere by us.

Guarantee
All products sold by us are covered by our 1 Year No Quibble Warranty with respect to faults or failure due to quality and workmanship. Individual manufacturers exclusion terms, any miss-use, incorrect assembly or installation not in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions apply.

Manufacturers "Life-Time" or other extended terms of Warranty or Guarantee
Wherever one of our Manufacturers offers an extended Warranty or Guarantee on a product, we will support any customers claim under such terms as that manufacturer publishes for that product and arrange for replacement or spare parts to be shipped to the customer as appropriate to rectify any reported valid failure or fault that is covered under the warranty or Guarantee , OR provide the customer with the necessary information for them to progress the claim directly with the manufacturer. PLEASE NOTE; often the customer may need to register with the manufacturer to gain the benefits of an extended warranty in accordance with that manufacturers policy as may be advised within the documentation included with the product or on that manufacturers website.

AV4Home's 10 Year Warranty on all LCD & Plasma TV Wall Brackets
This ten year warranty applies to all lcd and plasma mechanical wall mounting brackets sold by av4home in respect of faults in manufacture or materials. It does not include motorised wall mounts or lifts. It is limited by the manufacturers warranty conditions and installation being in accordance with manufacturers instructions.

My purchase does not work or fails under warranty
If you have any problems with your order, a product such as a TV Lift etc, not working when you first install it, or it fails within the warranty period, please call us on 01623 672070 and ask to speak to one of our technical support team who will discuss the problems you have, to talk you through any appropriate fault finding procedures to either correct the problem or arrange replacement parts as might be appropriate.

Please call us if you have problems even beyond the manufacturers warranty period as we are always available to assist and advise on how problems and faults can best be resolved.

Consequential Damages
AV4Home, and VisuComm Ltd, do not and will not accept any liability or claim for consequential damages, however caused, through delayed delivery, supply of incorrect items, or as a result of a fault or failure of a product. This does not exclude any rights established in English Law. Where advice is given that proves to be incorrect, we will correct errors by exchanging goods, including collection of incorrect goods, at our cost. The customer only being liable for any additional cost of the exchanged goods.

Returns Policy
If for any reason you are not happy with your order and wish to return it under current Consumer Protection Law within 14 days, OR within our 30 day No Quibble Return Policy:-

Please call us on 01623 672070 first to discuss why you may wish to return an item and to receive a returns number. We will take all steps possible to solve your problem / offer you a replacement or exchange product, or a refund. We have a no quibble returns policy within 30 days of purchase, provided the item is in a re-saleable condition, (i.e unused, unassembled, unmarked and in original unmarked packaging) we will refund you the cost of the product minus the cost of shipping to you. It is the responsibility of the customer to return the item and ensure the package has been reasonably protected in return transit. You must include a copy of your invoice with the return.

Our 30 Day No Quibble Returns Policy
Our 30 Day No Quibble Returns Policy does not affect your statutory rights and if you open the goods to inspect them you can still cancel your purchase at any time up to 14 calendar days following the day the goods are delivered - see "Your right to cancel" further down the page.

If for any reason you are not happy with your order and wish to return it under current Consumer Protection Law within 14 days, OR within our 30 day No Quibble Return Policy, subject to the following conditions:-
Please call us first to discuss why you may wish to return an item. We will take all steps possible to solve your problem / offer you a replacement or exchange product, or a refund. If the goods are to be returned, in all circumstances you must obtain an RMA Number (Return Material Authorization) from us before returning.

A) If you notify us of your wish to return an item within 14 days of the date of delivery.

It is the responsibility of the customer to return the item and ensure the package has been reasonably protected in return transit. You must include a copy of your invoice with the return. Provided the item is in a re-saleable condition, (i.e. unused, unmarked, un-assembled and in original unmarked packaging) we will refund you the full price that you paid for the product including any standard delivery cost. There are numerous delivery companies that offer online or phone bookings for insured collections and delivery back to us of unwanted orders at very competitive costs. We can assist with advise on this if you call us to request such.

For non-furniture packages up to 30Kgs, if you wish, we can arrange collection during normal working hours - week-days only, by our delivery company, but you should understand that this service bears the cost of collecting the goods from you AND delivery back to us. If you chose to use this service, then the goods are then covered by our delivery company whilst in transit - provided you have correctly and fully repacked the goods in the original packaging. The cost of this service can vary between typically £20 - £30. If you are not available for a pre-arranged collection, then you must bear the cost of any re-arranged one also.

For Furniture, any item including glass and larger items over 30Kgs, you will need to make your own arrangements to ship the items back to us. You may find that the cost of such may be high, perhaps between £20 - £50. For larger items that have been delivered by one of our one or two man services the return cost may exceed £100. In these instances once you have an RMA Number, bringing the item back to our showroom at NG19 9BG may be a good option.

PLEASE NOTE With many of our special delivery services for larger furniture items, you will have the opportunity to inspect the item when it arrives, and if for any reason you decide it is not really what you expected, then you can ask the delivery company to repack and take the item away immediately. You will be liable for the return costs, but these will be less and more convenient than returning the item later.

B) If you notify us of your wish to return an item 15 to 30 days after delivery

Our no quibble returns policy extends your statutory rights for up to 30 days after delivery. It is the responsibility of the customer to return the item and ensure the package has been reasonably protected in return transit. You must include a copy of your invoice with the return. Provided the item is in a re-saleable condition, (i.e. unused, unmarked, un-assembled and in original unmarked packaging) we will refund you the cost of the product minus the cost of shipping to you. There are numerous delivery companies that offer online or phone bookings for insured collections and delivery back to us of unwanted orders at very competitive costs. We can assist with advise on this if you call us to request such.

Conditions and Important Notes
ALL PRODUCT PRINTED PACKAGING MUST BE PROTECTED BY WRAPPING / PLACING IN ANOTHER BOX SO THAT NO SHIPPING OR RETURN LABELS ARE ACTUALLY PLACED DIRECTLY ON THIS PRINTED PACKAGING. Where a customer returns their order because it is no longer required, AV4home.co.uk reserves the right to recover the true original delivery costs. This is applicable to orders sent using our free delivery service. Where the customer returns an item that is part of a reduced price/free promotion, the customer will be expected to return all items received as part of the promotion in as new, unused, unopened perfect re-saleable condition or pay the current value for any items not returned. Cancellation of Order / Return of pre-assembled furniture and B2B (Business to Business) purchases may be subject to a restocking charge.

Cancellation of Special Order Items, such as furniture made to order, bespoke colour and selected features – as usually depicted on the website and identifiable by their longer delivery times, will not be accepted or at least will incur whatever cancellation costs that may be imposed by the manufacturers of the item due to work completed at date of cancellation up to the full cost if the item is complete and enroute / delivered to the customer.
This policy only applies to Consumer Customers, not to business.

Promotions
In general, any Promotion such as a "Sale Discount" OR "Interest Free Credit" Or "Promotional Code" cannot be combined with any other current discount or promotion. Also "Showroom Clearance" and "Collection Only" items are generally excluded for additional promotional offers. Please call us to clarify any specific instances where you may feel that two offers might concurrently apply.

Neither AV4Home, or its parent company VisuComm Ltd, will disclose buyers' information to any third party, where such may be used for direct marketing or for the promotion of any additional products or services. Information may be disclosed to third parties as part of the order fulfillment process. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
Unless you have specifically selected, and "opted in" to receive periodic news and updates from us during the order process, We will not email you in the future unless it is relevant information concerning your product, purchase, or changes to our contact information.

Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option. They are also used after you have logged on as part of that process. You can turn off cookies within your browser by going to 'Tools | Internet Options | Privacy' and selecting to block cookies. If you turn off cookies, you will be unable to place orders or benefit from the other features that use cookies.

Your right to cancel (Consumer customers only)
The buyer agrees that the seller may supply the required information regarding the buyers right to cancel via email. This section does not apply to purchases for businesses or to purchases made in person. The buyer may cancel the contract and receive a full refund within 14 days of receipt, given the following conditions.

The buyer must give written notice (via email, Online Cancellation Form or letter) within 14 day of receiving the specific item that they wish to return, indicating their wish to cancel.
AV4Home will provide an RMA number authorising the return.
It is the buyers responsibility, at his own cost, to return the goods within 14 days of cancellation to the address that we will indicate when we issue the RMA Number, including insurance and tracking services as appropriate.
The seller reserves the right to reduce the amount of money refunded for goods returned which show evidence of damage or use beyond the handling necessary to see whether the goods are as expected.
Returns must include all original packaging, all manuals, cables, accessories etc and any included items, such as bundled products. The seller may reduce the amount of money refunded for any missing components.
Some items are excluded from this right, where goods are made to your specifications or clearly personalised. For example; made-to-order cables and furniture delivered to order with specific characterised options or finish.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the goods by the seller.
Provided the returned goods are received in good condition and in accordance with the above, then we will provide a full refund excluding only any extra delivery that may have been applicable due to some additional services or cost the buyer has opted to pay for, over and above the standard price as detailed on our website at time of purchase.
