Important Coronavirus (Covid-19) Information for Customers

As a result of the on-going Coronavirus (Covid-19) outbreak and based on current available advice, we are making some changes to the way we work to protect both our employees and customers. This page will be updated to reflect our current service availability as the situation progresses.

We are currently experiencing higher than expected levels of demand and as of the 24th March, we may take longer to respond to phones and e-mails as we are now operating from our homes whenever possible. If you have a query please email us rather than use the phone and please bear with us, we will respond as soon as possible to any e-mails sent to us.

Dispatch and Deliveries
We will continue to dispatch orders as normal. This includes arranged delivery services. Our couriers are changing their delivery processes to accommodate self-isolating customers and reduce contact to minimum levels. For example, DPD are no longer handing customers devices to sign.

Phone Calls and Email
Our sales and support team are working and we will be dealing with enquiries as normal.

Showroom and Collections
Our showroom is closed until further notice. If you have ordered a Showroom Collection only item we can make special arrangements to meet you at our showroom. Please email us for more information.
