In accordance with Gov recommendations we are all continuing to work from home for the foreseeable future.
Our phone lines are very busy organising your orders with our suppliers and maintain contact with delivery companies etc. So if you need our support, contacting us by email will gain our quickest response.
As a result of the on-going Coronavirus (Covid-19) outbreak and based on current available advice, we are making some changes to the way we work to protect both our employees and customers. This page will be updated to reflect our current service availability as the situation progresses.
We are currently experiencing higher than expected levels of demand and we may take longer to respond to phones and e-mails as we are now operating from our homes whenever possible. If you have a query please email us rather than use the phone and please bear with us, we will respond as soon as possible to any e-mails sent to us.
Room of Choice and Assembly Included Orders
We will continue to dispatch orders as normal. Prior to delivery we will email you if the level of service is restricted due to Covid 19. In particular all Room of Choice cannot be offered and delivery will be to the doorstep only. Also all Charles Taylor orders where assembly is included can only be performed if direct open air access to the garden is available, otherwise the assembly cannot be completed. Customers will be contacted individually by email explaining this in all cases.
Dispatch and Deliveries
We will continue to dispatch orders as normal. This includes arranged delivery services. Our couriers are changing their delivery processes to accommodate self-isolating customers and reduce contact to minimum levels. For example, DPD are no longer handing customers devices to sign.
Phone Calls and Email
Our sales and support team are working and we will be dealing with enquiries as normal. However we ask that you email us rather than phone.
Showroom and Collections
As a result of the on-going Coronavirus (Covid-19) outbreak and based on current available advice our Showroom is currently now open for viewing and collections by appointment only. Please note that we are currently working from home so please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange a date and time to ensure only one viewing at a time.
