Our fully secure checkout is protected by the highest level of security to keep your details safe. We have carefully selected our payment partners for their security and ease of use.



Our checkout is split into 4 areas:- 


Enter your contact details in this area. Please ensure that you scroll down to the bottom of the page to make sure there are no required fields that you have missed. If you want the delivery address to be different to the billing address then tick the box at the bottom of this section.



Available shipping options for the products you have selected are displayed here. If the available shipping option is Special Delivery, then we will contact you to arrange your delivery within 1 working day of placing your order.



  • Credit or Debit Cards - Secure Payments by SagePay. When you click "Proceed to Payment" with this option selected, you will be shown a secure payment page to enter your details safely. Any card details you enter here are not passed to our website, but passed securely to Sage Pay for them to process your payment.
  • PayPal payments. You can use this option to pay using your payment account, or to pay by credit/debit card. (You do not need a Paypal account to use this option)
  • Finance (This options will only appear when your basket contains an item over £350). When you select this option you can check what deposit and monthly payment amounts will be for the different finance options.
  • Paymeny by Phone. Select this option if you would like us to call you to complete the payment. When we process offline payments in this way your details will be entered into our secure pin terminal and your details will be destroyed once finished with.

FAQ Checkout

  • When I click on Proceed to Payment, nothing happens?  Please check that you have entered details in all of the address fields on the left hand side. Scroll down the page to ensure that there are no fields with missing information.
  • How do I specify a day for delivery?  Enter the required delivery date in the special instructions box on the right hand side of the checkout.
  • Can my item be delivered on a Saturday? Please call us to discuss the costs for a Saturday Delivery.
  • I am outside of the UK and the checkout does not give me a cost for delivery? Please contact us to discuss the costs for delivery of your order outside of the UK
