How do I place an order online?
Ordering online could not be easier, Once you have found the product you wish to purchase click on the "ADD TO BASKET" button.
If you want to buy another product click on the "Continue Shopping" button and select your additional products as described above.
Once you have completed your selections, review them in the Shopping Basket and click on the "Checkout Now" button. This will now pass your purchase to our secure checkout area.
On the first page of the checkout you will need to confirm your shipping destination and select whether your delivery address is different to your invoice address. (Your invoice address is the address to which your debit/credit card is registered.)
On the next page of the checkout you will be asked to fill in the cardholder's Name, Address and Contact Details. You will also have the opportunity to upgrade your delivery to an enhanced service. Click the "Next" button to proceed to the next stage. If your order is over £50, you will be able to select next working day delivery at no extra cost.
If you selected the separate delivery address option earlier in the checkout process, you will now be asked to fill in the delivery address details. If your invoice address and delivery address are the same, you will not see these fields. After this you simply need to confirm your payment method.
We have 3 different payment methods
1. CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD - 100% Secure ePayments by HSBC Use this method to pay for your goods with a debit or credit card, you do not need a HSBC card to use this method.
2. Paypal Use this method to pay for your order with a debit or credit card including American Express. You can also use your Paypal account if you have one.
3. If you selected the "Payment by Phone" option you will be passed immediately to the receipt page. You will then receive a call from our Sales Team who will take your payment details over the phone in order to complete the transaction.

Absolutely. We have a friendly, dedicated sales team waiting for your call on 01623 672070. They have technical knowledge of all of our products and will be able to answer any questions you have. Our phone lines are open 9.00am - 5.00pm Monday - Saturday. Lines are closed bank holidays, however online ordering is available 24/7.
