This white plastic double gang AV wall plate is designed to connect a wide range of AV devices. The plate features quick connect on the two hdmi connections, the computer display input and the digital optical audio connection, saving installation time. The remainder of the connections are via solder tag on the rear, apart from the network which is via screw terminals. The HDMI connections are fully connected and as such will conform to the hdmi standard applicable to the cables used to connect the plate to the display and source. for example if you connect HDMI 1.4 cables to the front and rear of the plate, then this plate will be HDMI 1.4 compliant.
Quick connect VGA provides a simple way of connecting a laptop or computer to a flat panel display. The rear connection is a HD15 female socket which will accept standard VGA cables (see below for options).
Two F-type satellite connections allow this plate to be used for Sky+ and Sky HD installations. The network connection on the front is also suitable for telephone RJ11 connections and the rear can be wired to be suitable for telephone signals.
