Plug and Play satin chrome double gang hdmi wall plate with two HDMI sockets at the front and rear. The rear sockets are aligned such that side entry HDMI cables should pass through the side knock-outs in a std metal rear pattress. Depending on the size of plug used some modification to the pattress may be necessary.
